    I wanted to write a very short post, just to announce the winner of my first blog-iversary giveaway… but I decided to make it a little longer.

    And now I can share with you my 7 favorite dessert recipes. So, on the wave of this birthday, let's celebrate again and again with some desserts!

    My 7 dessert recipes

    1. Sfogliatelle ricce – One of my favorite desserts, the greatest cooking satisfaction so far.

    2. Tarte Tatin – A timeless French classic, a simple dessert, never cloying and perfect for any occasion.


       

    3. Meliga pastries – Piedmont in a cookie.

    4. Apple squares – A lot of fruit, a drop of alcohol and a soft batter for some delicious squares.

    5. Wine doughnut cookies – Wine cookies, perfect for breakfast or to dunk in wine .. always a pleasure.

    6. Brownies - His Delicacy, with a moist heart, just how I like it.

    7. Tiramisu – THE classic.. a dessert that everyone one, the perfect dessert to end this selection.

  2. My first awards

    Yes, here comes spring, here comes the sun and here comes a nice satisfaction: in fact, just yesterday Namiko of Just One Cookbook (a fantastic blog about Japanese cuisine, featured with well explained recipes and great pictures) sent directly from the U.S. the first award for my blog .. and since I was very lucky it was not a single award, which already would have been enough, but EIGHT (you can see them below)!!!
